Wire-Die Holder for concentric drilling

Increase of concentric precision between entrance and exit side of your form-drillings in natural diamond or PCD.

Wire-Die Holder in the 3-arm rotary table
Advantages:
  • No more shifted center after the turning of the wire-die
  • Increase of precision
  • Saving time

LMP also offers the tool to tend the plate spring for inserting or take out rapidly the Wire-Die of its Holder.
If different wire-die diameteres are processed, the use of this holder saves time, because the rotary table must not be readjusted for every new diameter.
